History/Igbo Requirements Direct Entry
The qualify for direct entry into the three-year degree programme, a candidate must obtain a good pass at the Diploma, NCE, GCE (Advanced Level) in History or Government and at least one of the following subjects: Economics, English, Literature, Geography, or any other related subjects.
The programme are designed to equip students for careers in education (teaching and research), administration and external affairs; immigration, customs, police and prison services, information, public relations, personnel management and labour relations, archival and museum services, cultural affairs, library services, politics, advertising, banking and related professions.
