The University relocated in November 2009 from its take-off site at Magodo, Lagos to the 110-hectare permanent site at Imota after Ikorodu town. Caleb University, the only bachelor’s degree awarding private university in Lagos State, came into existence, following the approval by the Federal Government of Nigeria on May 2, 2007, rapidly followed up with the issuance of Operating Licence by the Federal Ministry of Education through the National Universities Commission (NUC) on May 17, 2007 for Caleb University to operate as a private university. The university, with the two Phase one Colleges (the College of Pure and applied Sciences) and its 4 Departments and 11 Degree Programmes; and the College of Social and Management Sciences and its 5 Departments and 5 Degree Programmes, started full academic programme with admission of its first set of students, a total of 83 male and 58 female students on Monday, January 21, 2007. we do not have enough information related to Caleb University.
